Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
How to Return an Item
Please contact us at support@master-raa.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and support.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return delivery.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
This can be supplied via responding to the order confirmation email or providing an order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, but may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in certain situations, including:
-Items not in original condition
-Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
-Returns received more than 30 days after delivery
Digital Products
Digital products are non-refundable due to their non-returnable and intangible nature.
By purchasing a digital product, you agree to waive your right to a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
This applies to the digital product only, all other items in your order will follow the standard refund policy.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned, unless they arrive faulty:
-Custom-made or personalised items
-Earrings or intimate health/personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
