How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically take 3–5 working days. EU orders take around 5–10 working days, while worldwide shipping can take 7–14 working days depending on customs and courier times.
Do you ship internationally?

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking details are included where available.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending items back.

Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

How do I care for my jewellery?
We recommend storing jewellery in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals to maintain its shine.
Readings
How do I book a reading?
You can book directly through the website by selecting the type of reading you would like. Once your order is confirmed, I will begin preparing your reading.
How are readings delivered?
All readings are delivered via email. This allows you to take your time, read through at your own pace, and revisit the information whenever you need to.
What information do you need for a reading?
For astrology readings I will need your date, time, and place of birth. For numerology readings I will need your full name and date of birth. Tarot readings do not require personal details, but you may share specific questions or areas of focus if you wish.
How long does it take to receive my reading?
Readings are typically sent within 2–5 working days. If there is ever a delay, you will be informed by email.
Can I ask follow-up questions?
Yes. After receiving your reading, you are welcome to reply by email with questions or clarifications, and I will respond as soon as possible.
Do I need to prepare anything before booking?
Simply provide the details required for your chosen service (birth details for astrology, name and date of birth for numerology, or a question/theme for tarot). If you are unsure, you can leave it open and the reading will cover the energies most relevant to you.
Are readings confidential?
Yes. All readings are private and treated with complete confidentiality.
What if I am new to astrology, numerology, or tarot?
That is absolutely fine. Readings are written in a clear and practical way, so you can understand the insights even if you are new to these practices.
Mentorship, Coaching & Calls
What is included in mentorship or coaching?
Mentorship and coaching are tailored to your personal journey. Sessions may include guidance on spirituality, self-development, psychic training, or practical steps toward your goals.
How are sessions held?
All sessions are held online via video call or voice call, making them accessible worldwide.
How long is each session?
Standard sessions last around 60+ minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged if needed.
Can I book a one-off session instead of a full mentorship?
Yes, one-off calls are available if you want to explore a specific issue or get quick clarity without committing to a full program.
What is the difference between mentorship and a one-off call?
A one-off call focuses on a specific topic or question. Mentorship is an ongoing process with regular sessions, accountability, and tailored guidance for long-term growth.
